Summary of the Position
The Administrative Manager will provide office support for all aspects of our Alameda County Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the primary office support including acting as office receptionist, prepare weekly paperwork and payroll processing, and maintains confidential participant and personnel records. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Previous office and/or Administrative experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 is required; experience using other database systems is a plus.
- Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Some understanding of insurance and third party billing helpful.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is preferred but not required.
