Responsibilities
- Oversee research projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to advance research initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculty members and students to foster a collaborative environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and staff members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new methodologies into ongoing projects.
Requirements
- A PhD in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral experience.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting.
Qualifications
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with grant writing and securing funding.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in research settings.
