Administrative Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing internal operations and ensuring organizational effectiveness across administrative functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about supporting impactful nonprofit work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including human resources, finance, IT, and office management
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with nonprofit accounting and regulatory standards
Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors, supporting governance activities and coordinating meeting logistics and materials
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in administrative or operational roles; nonprofit experience preferred
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and database systems
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position offers a salary of $75,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package!
