Administrative Liaison - Hospice Albany - FT Days

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing multi-line telephone systems
  • Routing calls and messages to field staff and appropriate departments
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the corporate office
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Managing incoming faxes and electronic communications
  • Conducting chart audits and maintaining accurate records
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Performing data entry and database maintenance
  • Aiding with documentation required for regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal departments
  • Utilizing various computer applications and office software programs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer software and office systems
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

  • Associate degree

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $20.20-$30.30 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
