Administrative House RN Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing resource utilization and communication to meet organizational objectives. Has direct supervisory accountability for staff, operations, and activities within a designated patient care area, including staff training, work assignment, and performance evaluation. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily patient care delivery.
• Oversees daily operations, activities, and personnel within the patient care area.
• Participates in goal setting, recommends policy and procedures, and assists in program evaluation.
• Acts as a change agent by assessing and improving existing systems.
• Serves as a professional role model.
• Implements cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in management in a related field, including problem-solving leadership skills.
• RN licensure required; a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
