Administrative House RN Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for managing resource utilization and communication to meet organizational goals. Supervises all staff, operations, and activities within a designated patient care area, including staff training, work assignment, and performance evaluation. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Oversees daily patient care delivery and supervises operations and personnel in the care area.Participates in goal setting, policy development, and program evaluation.Acts as a change agent by assessing current systems and implementing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.Serves as a professional role model and implements cost-effective solutions. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in a management role, utilizing problem-solving methodologies.Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.Active RN licensure required.
