Administrative House RN Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for overseeing resource utilization and effective communication to meet organizational objectives. Manages all aspects of patient care operations within a designated area, including supervising staff, coordinating training, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and evaluating performance either independently or with higher management. Performs additional duties as needed. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily patient care delivery.Oversee daily operations, activities, and personnel within the patient care area.Participate in goal setting, recommend policies, and assist in program evaluation.Act as a change agent by assessing current systems and implementing improvements.Serve as a professional role model.Implement cost-effective solutions. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in management, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.RN licensure required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
