Administrative House RN Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing resource utilization, communication, and patient care operations within a designated area. Oversees staff supervision, training, work assignment, and performance evaluation, either independently or with higher-level management. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily patient care delivery and operational activities.
• Coordinates staff activities, assigns tasks, and reviews work performance.
• Participates in goal setting, policy development, and program evaluation.
• Acts as a change agent to improve systems and workflows.
• Models professional behavior and implements cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in management and problem-solving leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• RN licensure required; additional training and skills desired.
