Administrative House RN Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for managing resource utilization and communication within a patient care area to meet organizational goals. Provides direct supervision of staff, overseeing operations, staff training, work assignments, and performance evaluations. Acts as a leader in implementing efficient systems, evaluating current processes, and promoting cost-effective solutions. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
