Job Summary Responsible for managing resource utilization and communication to meet organizational goals. Holds supervisory accountability for all staff, operations, and activities within a designated patient care area, including staff training, work assignment, and performance evaluation. Responsibilities Supervises daily patient care delivery and operational activities.Participates in goal setting, policy development, and program evaluation.Acts as a change agent by assessing current systems and implementing improvements.Models professional behavior and demonstrates leadership.Implements cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a management role, utilizing problem-solving skills.Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher.Required licensure as an RN.
