Administrative House RN Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for managing resource utilization and communication to meet organizational goals. Supervises all staff, operations, and activities within a designated patient care area, including staff training, work assignment, and performance evaluation. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Oversees day-to-day patient care delivery and supervises staff and operations in the patient care area.Participates in goal setting, policy development, and program evaluation.Acts as a change agent by assessing systems and implementing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.Serves as a professional role model and implements cost-effective solutions. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in management, demonstrating problem-solving leadership skills.Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
