Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing schedules, priorities, and communications
  • Facilitate intake calls and assist with client interactions, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
  • Organize and translate information from emails, calls, and meetings into structured systems such as spreadsheets and tracking tools
  • Manage ad hoc requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment where many meetings are unscheduled
  • Act as a liaison across internal teams to reinforce communication and execution of leadership initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally within administrative or operations support roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to take ownership, stay organized, and remain composed in a dynamic environment
  • Must be confident on the phone and comfortable handling frequent calls and conversations
  • Bachelor’s degree

Pay

  • $55,000–$60,000, based on experience
