Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing schedules, priorities, and communications
- Facilitate intake calls and assist with client interactions, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
- Organize and translate information from emails, calls, and meetings into structured systems such as spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Manage ad hoc requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment where many meetings are unscheduled
- Act as a liaison across internal teams to reinforce communication and execution of leadership initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally within administrative or operations support roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Able to take ownership, stay organized, and remain composed in a dynamic environment
- Must be confident on the phone and comfortable handling frequent calls and conversations
- Bachelor’s degree
Pay
- $55,000–$60,000, based on experience
