Responsibilities
- Oversee key functions within the organization, including project management, facilities, and asset management.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage capital budgets and optimize asset performance.
- Handle lease negotiations, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and oversee construction and tenant improvement projects.
- Drive operational efficiency, standardize processes across the portfolio, and continuously improve business processes to enhance overall performance.
- Show strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial management.
