Responsibilities

• Oversee key functions within the organization, including project management, facilities, and asset management.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage capital budgets and optimize asset performance.
• Handle lease negotiations, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and oversee construction and tenant improvement projects.
• Drive operational efficiency, standardize processes across the portfolio, and continuously improve business processes to enhance overall performance.
