Summary of Performance Expectations
Performs a variety of administrative support services for the Environmental Services department. Orders, receives and supervises proper storage of supplies. Performs weekly rounds for Infection Prevention. Coordinates process for broken and torn furniture. Attends huddle and provides updates to the Vice President in Director’s absence.

Responsibilities
- Orders, receives and supervises proper storage of supplies.
- Performs weekly rounds for Infection Prevention.
- Captures and coordinates process for broken and torn furniture.
- Attends huddle and provides updates to the Vice President in Director’s absence.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Five years of related experience.
- Advance knowledge of software applications (including Microsoft Office; Excel and Word).
- Basic accounting procedures and record keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Preferred Formal technical or vocational education in Secretarial Science.
- Medical terminology.
