Responsibilities
- Workflow Optimization: Organize and coordinate daily office operations, support functions, and workflows for the department, making proactive recommendations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Office Administration: Manage essential office services, including telephone coverage, inventory/supply management, and the preparation and distribution of critical correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.
- Information & Compliance Management: Track and disseminate updates regarding company policies and procedures to ensure team alignment; organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, efficiently providing accurate information, printed materials, and resources.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
