Responsibilities
- Support the setup and management of company fleet vehicles, including inputting vehicle data into systems and coordinating acquisitions and disposals.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across maintenance history, repairs, registrations, licensing, and compliance documentation.
- Track and schedule preventative maintenance tasks while ensuring adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage routine service requests with vendors, monitor open work orders, and route fleet-related questions to the right team member — prioritizing urgent needs.
- Pull and reconcile account data across systems, providing reporting that supports budgeting, forecasting, and operational oversight.
Requirements
- Experience in fleet administration, operations coordination, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities at once.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems, DOT regulations, or compliance documentation (a plus).
- Intermediate Excel skills (a plus) — comfortable with things like pivot tables, filters, and formulas to manage and report on data.
- A clear communicator who follows through and keeps stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
