Responsibilities
- Cook up the administrative aspects of the office to ensure smooth sailing.
- Plan and execute goals with experience and judgment.
- Reports to the Office Manager and/or Studio Leader.
- Assist with proposal coordination and gathering samples for projects.
- Book travel, lunches, appointments, and manage meeting schedules.
- Handle office cleanup, restocking supplies, and greet visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and resolve small IT issues.
Requirements
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and high-energy individual.
- Responsible for supervising office activities to maximize expense control and productivity.
- Execute procedures for various office activities, including project documentation and maintenance, word processing, communication services, marketing systems, printing services, purchasing, facilities maintenance, and more.
- Must be computer literate and tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiar with Adobe Acrobat & PowerPoint.

Monday through Friday, in-person/office position: Houston, TX - Galleria Area. Option(s): 8:30am-5:30pm OR 9am-6pm.
