Administrative Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive administrative professional who enjoys supporting cross-functional teams and managing projects that make a meaningful impact. The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative, project coordination, and operational support for multiple departments while helping streamline workflows, maintain partner relationships, and coordinate events across the state. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing independent work with collaboration in a mission-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for cross-functional teams, including tracking projects, managing requests, and maintaining organized workflows.
- Cook up logistics for meetings, events, and outreach activities while supporting partner communications and follow-up.
- Maintain databases, reports, and records to ensure accurate information and effective project tracking.
- Aid in communication campaigns, promotional materials, and vendor coordination to support organizational initiatives.
- Research information, prepare reports, and help improve administrative processes that increase team efficiency.
- Deliver responsive customer service while collaborating with internal teams and external partners on a variety of projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience providing administrative, project coordination, or operational support in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technology and workflow systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with project management tools, CRM platforms, document management systems, or event coordination is a plus.
