About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative workflows. This role will coordinate schedules, manage communications, maintain records, and provide broad support to leadership and team members.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintain records, databases, and confidential files
- Support vendor coordination and supply ordering
- Track deadlines and follow up on action items

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
Benefits
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of 23 - 27 USD per hour, with the option to work either full-time or part-time.
