Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities
Welcome new residents to their new apartment home.
Aid residents with lease renewal tasks, including document preparation, lease signings, and financial paperwork.
Foster a supportive residential environment by connecting residents with resources, coordinating events, and maintaining documentation and partnerships.
Conduct outreach and build relationships with residents to identify needs, provide referrals, and promote resident stability and well-being.
Support resident engagement activities, including event sign-ups, room setup, refreshments, and post-event clean-up.
Provide general administrative support to the property team as assigned.
Requirements
One year of administrative, customer service, or front desk experience.
Experience in multifamily or affordable housing is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating great living experiences.
Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
Current State Real Estate License (highly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally.
Accountability and reliability with a focus on precision, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications

Pay
Anticipated Salary Range: $26.44 - $28.85 / hour.
Annual Performance Bonus.
This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay.
Final compensation offers will be determined following a thorough assessment of the candidate’s background and the requirements of the position.
Schedule
Available to work on-site, Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5PM.
