Essential Duties
- Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the department.
- Process invoices and purchase requisitions.
- Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system for the Systems & Support Services Manager and the Maintenance and Technical Department.
- Retrieves information from files when needed.
- Aid with dispatching by organizing and prioritizing large volumes of information and calls.
- Order supplies.
- Aid with equipment orders.
- Assist with technician uniform inventory.
- Maintain VGD lock inventory.
- Schedule and oversee housekeeping in tech shop.
- Maintain currency counting equipment inventory.
- Maintain vehicle inventory.
- Maintain video sit controller and VSC parts inventory.
- Aid with capital project paperwork and solicitation of bids for jobs.
- Redirect work orders to Technicians as needed; coordinates vendors to solve maintenance issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Walking, talking, hearing, bending, stooping and climbing
- Office/Casino environment
- Subject to outdoor temperature
- Exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise at times
- Exposure to extreme heat or cold conditions
