About the role
Drive patient outreach initiatives via phone, text, and portal messaging to proactively schedule appointments and close critical HEDIS care gaps.
Conduct meticulous medical record chart scrubbing to locate clinical evidence of care, uploading findings directly to payer portals to ensure accurate quality reporting.
Streamline daily operations and workload management using organized tracking spreadsheets to maintain high productivity and meet outreach goals.
Facilitate seamless communication with clinical practices to coordinate patient care updates, resolve inquiries, and optimize overall office workflows.
Champion process improvements by evaluating existing office functions and recommending strategic ways to simplify daily operations and cost tracking.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Training and/or experience

$24.87 - $33.64 per hour

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm | Remote | must work in EST or CST time zone
