Administrative Business Partner, Commercial
Responsibilities
Lead complex calendar management and intricate domestic/international travel for senior leaders, proactively anticipating needs to prioritize high-impact scheduling demands.
Coordinate sensitive communications between leadership and all stakeholders, resolving conflicts early and managing feedback to prevent project delays.
Serve as the "connective tissue" across internal teams, fostering trust and collaborative relationships by aligning the unique priorities of diverse internal groups.
Act as the primary external liaison, leveraging a deep understanding of Verily’s commercial strategy to articulate the organization's value proposition and drive business development.
Plan and execute critical meetings and events, overseeing everything from agenda preparation and discussion documentation to ensuring shared accountability for follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Education—Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
Experience—5+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in a liaison or high-level administrative role supporting C-suite executives.
Sales Organization Experience—Prior experience supporting a sales organization (with extensive external stakeholders/customers) required.
Technical Skills—Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Industry Knowledge—Experience in HealthTech, Life Sciences, or B2B SaaS is strongly preferred. - Preferred Qualifications: Relationship Management—Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization.
Conflict Resolution—Ability to identify root causes of friction and find mutually agreeable solutions between departments (e.g., Sales vs. Product).
Strategic Thinking—Ability to anticipate the needs of leadership, identify potential bottlenecks, and develop proactive solutions in ambiguous environments.
Discretion—High degree of emotional intelligence and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $136,500 + bonus + equity + benefits.
