We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: date, location, etc. The job title is already shown, we should not repeat as heading. We need to include sections: - About the role: maybe from brief job description? The posting includes "Brief Job Description" paragraph. That can be About the role. - Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions (EJFs) list with percentages. Those are duties. - Requirements: maybe "Initial Screening Criteria", "Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications", "Additional Information" (background checks, etc). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs)"? Actually KSAs are skills. Qualifications could be experience etc. But we need to decide. - Skills: KSAs. - Benefits: The posting mentions benefits package: "Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid employee health insurance for full-time eligible employees, a defined benefit pension plan, generous time off benefits, numerous opportunities for career advancement and more." Also "Explore more details on the Benefits of Working at HHS webpage." So we have benefits content. - Pay: Salary Range: $2,606.00 - $3,404.91, Pay Frequency: Monthly, Salary Group: TEXAS-A-09. So we have pay. - Schedule: Shift: Day, Additional Shift: Days (First), Telework: Not Eligible for Telework, Travel: Up to 5%, Regular/Temporary: Regular, Full Time/Part Time: Full time, FLSA Exempt/Non-Exempt: Nonexempt. Also maybe "Flexibility in work hours may be required", "position may be required to work overtime and/or extended hours". So schedule content. We must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short p or drop. So we can ignore Posting Number, Closing Date, etc. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's no explicit EEO but there is ADA Accommodations, Pre-Employment Checks, etc. Those are boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. ADA Accommodations maybe legal but could be considered boilerplate? Might be considered legal. However it's about accommodations; maybe we keep as part of Requirements? But likely they want to remove those sections. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". So we should remove ADA Accommodations, Pre-Employment Checks And Work Eligibility, Telework Disclaimer, Review our Tips for Success, Active Duty Military etc. Those are likely boilerplate. Also "Additional Information" includes background checks etc; that might be considered legal/pre-employment checks. Might be removed. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; but those are legal boilerplate. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. So we should drop those sections. Thus we keep: Brief Job Description, Essential Job Functions, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities, Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications? That's maybe legal but it's a requirement (driver's license). Might be considered requirement. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate; but driver's license requirement is substantive. We'll keep it under Requirements or Qualifications. We also need to keep Initial Screening Criteria (experience). That's substantive. We need to keep Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to format with

for section headings. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Brief Job Description paragraph: "Would you thrive in an environment where you learn and grow personally and professionally all while helping make a positive impact on people’s lives? They provide state-of-the-art treatment that is recovery-oriented and science-based. Then maybe also include the functional title? Not needed.

Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location. (5%)
We need to keep percentages? They are part of duties; we can keep them inside the li.

    Requirements

We can combine Initial Screening Criteria and Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications. Initial Screening Criteria: At least twelve (12) months’ experience in a professional support role. Minimum twelve (12) months working with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint (all Microsoft products). Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications: Must possess valid Texas driver’s license or obtain it no later than 90 days after hire date. Applicants with an out-of-state driver’s license must provide an original certified driving record from the state of driving license. Eligible driving record required based on HHSC Fleet Management policy. We could also include "Applicants must pass a fingerprint criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and registry checks including the Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS), Nurse Aid, Medication Aide and Employee Misconduct, List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE). Males between the ages of 18-25 must be registered with the Selective Service. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment at a state-operated facility. Waco and Terrell Center for Youth applicants must be 21 years of age." That's more legal/pre-employment; maybe remove as boilerplate. But it's substantive? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. This seems like legal/pre-employment checks. Likely remove. Thus Requirements section includes experience and driver's license. We'll format as
    • ...
    .

    Skills

    Pay

Salary Range: $2,606.00 - $3,404.91 per month. Pay Frequency: Monthly. Salary Group: TEXAS-A-09.

    Schedule

Shift: Day. Additional Shift: Days (First). Telework: Not Eligible for Telework. Travel: Up to 5%. Regular/Temporary: Regular. Full Time/Part Time: Full time. FLSA Exempt/Non-Exempt: Nonexempt. Flexibility in work hours may be required; position may be required to work overtime and/or extended hours.

We need to ensure we didn't include any heading with empty content. All sections have content. Check for duplicated lines: we removed duplicates. Check for any mention of "Posting Number", "Closing Date", etc. Not included. Check for any mention of "Nearest Major Market: Midland". That's location info; maybe we could include in About the role? But it's minor metadata; we could drop or include in a short p. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We could include location in About the role? But we already have About the role prose; we could add a short p after? But we must not repeat job title. Location is minor; we could add a short p under About the role? But we already used

for prose; we could add another

for location. However the instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could add a

with location info after About the role. But we already have a

for About the role; we could add another

for location. That's okay. But we need to decide if we want to include location. The location is BIG SPRING, TX, US, 79720. Also Facility Location: Big Spring State Hospital
