About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Wells Fargo Advisors Cleveland Complex. In this role, you will partner with the Branch Manager on leadership activities across multiple branches, including growth initiatives and overall branch strategy. Serve as a key liaison and subject matter expert on firm policies, updates, and operational processes, assisting with problem-solving and rollouts of firm initiatives and projects. Participate and support team engagement efforts, including recognition and branch events, and professional development. Advocate for team member growth, development, and career progression. Manage marketing initiatives and support business development efforts across the branch. Build and maintain community partnerships, including sponsorships and volunteer activities. Lead new employee onboarding, including support in new Financial Advisor and staff recruiting and transitions. Oversee staffing changes and act as liaison between leadership, recruiters, and candidates. Manage technology, equipment, and upgrades, including troubleshooting and logistics. Oversee branch operations including file management, expenses, invoicing, and facilities coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments
- Experience working with project management
- Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Pay Range
The pay range reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $25.48 - $37.98
