About the role
Supports Supply Chain and Mission Systems Product Operations VPs in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain calendars for multiple high-level executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and arranging transportation.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, routing appropriately or providing guidance as needed.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and agendas.
- Manage event planning and logistics for internal and external events.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping related to executive schedules and travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
