About the role
Join Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) and become an important part of our Student Services Department, supporting students as they work toward success in school and their future careers in a busy school environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, data, and documentation in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Campus Counselors and Student Services, including correspondence, scheduling, communications, and record requests.
- Coordinate and assist with student services activities, events, testing, presentations, tours, orientations, and senior recognition programs.
- Prepare and maintain student reports, grading schedules, mailings, PIMS documentation, and other required records and reports.
- Assist with student certifications, including NCCER, and support continuous improvement initiatives and other Student Services activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with PCs, office equipment, related software programs, and the internet is essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor is required.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities.

Pay
Starting salary is $18.00/hour with annual increases.
Schedule
This is a full-time, 12-month position based at our East Campus in Oley, PA. The position is 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a duty-free 60-minute lunch break. Enjoy a four-day work week during the summer months (June through August).
