We need to output only HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the job posting content. The posting appears to be for "ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO FINANCE DIRECTOR". It includes: - Positions Available: One (1) $15.50 per hour - GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Administrative Assistant has the direct responsibility of providing administrative support to the Finance Department. - Duties Include, But Not Limited To, The Following: (list of duties) - SKILL REQUIREMENTS (list of skill items) - DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (list) - WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES (list) - Additional statements about description etc. - Also metadata: Category City Jobs, Status Open, Posted September 16, 2026 8:00 AM, Closing Open Until Filled. - Salary: $15.50 per hour (mentioned in Positions Available line). So we have pay info. - No explicit Benefits, Schedule (though working conditions mention ability to attend evening and weekend meetings, sit for long periods, etc. Not a schedule like full-time/part-time). We could maybe include Schedule if there is explicit schedule info. Not given. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like "Monday-Friday 9-5". So we omit Schedule. - Benefits: Not mentioned. So omit Benefits. - Pay: we have salary $15.50 per hour. So we can include a Pay section. - About the role: Could be the GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES paragraph. That could be considered About the role. - Responsibilities: Duties list. - Requirements: Could be DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. - Qualifications: Could be SKILL REQUIREMENTS? Actually skill requirements are more like skills. But we have both skill requirements and desired minimum qualifications. We need to map to headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which content goes where. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose any of those that have substantive content. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus: - About the role: could be the paragraph: "Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Administrative Assistant has the direct responsibility of providing administrative support to the Finance Department." plus maybe "Positions Available: One (1) $15.50 per hour". But the pay is separate. Better: About the role: short prose describing role. - Responsibilities: the duties list (the bullet list after "Duties Include, But Not Limited To, The Following:"). - Requirements: maybe "DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS". - Qualifications: maybe "SKILL REQUIREMENTS"? But skill requirements are more like skills. However we have a separate Skills heading. So we could put skill requirements under Skills, and desired minimum qualifications under Qualifications. - Skills: the list of skill requirements (Time Management, Mathematics, etc.) which is a list. - Pay: the salary $15.50 per hour. - Benefits: none -> omit. - Schedule: none -> omit. We also need to include metadata like posting date, status, etc. Could be folded into a short

maybe under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with posted date, status, etc. Probably after About the role or at end. We must not include boilerplate like "Apply Online", "Download Application", "Steps 1..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: duties list, skill requirements list, desired minimum qualifications list, working conditions and physical capabilities list. Where does working conditions go? Could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? It's not exactly a requirement but maybe part of Requirements. Could be included under Requirements as a list. Or we could create a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. So we need to fit into allowed headings. Perhaps we can include working conditions under Requirements (since they are requirements). Or under Qualifications. Let's think: The heading "Requirements" could encompass both desired minimum qualifications and working conditions. But we also have "Qualifications" for desired minimum qualifications. Might be overlapping. Better to follow typical job posting structure: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Skills (skill requirements), Pay (salary). Working conditions could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but not allowed. We could incorporate working conditions into Requirements as a list. Thus:

We also need to include metadata like posting date, status, etc. Could be a short

after About the role or at end. Let's add a

after About the role: "Posted September 16, 2026 8:00 AM. Status: Open. Closing: Open Until Filled." That is minor metadata. We must not repeat the job title as heading. Already not. We must not include any boilerplate like "Apply Online", "Download Application", "Steps 1..." etc. We removed those. Check for duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any placeholder text: none. Check that we used

      • for lists: yes. Check that we used

for prose: yes. Check that we didn't create Benefits or Schedule sections: we omitted. Check that we didn't create any empty sections: all have content. Check that we preserved all substantive information: Did we miss any? Let's review original content: - Positions Available: One (1) $15.50 per hour - GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Administrative Assistant has the direct responsibility of providing administrative support to the Finance Department. We captured that in About the role. - Duties list: we captured. - SKILL REQUIREMENTS: we captured as Skills list. - DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: we captured as part of Requirements list (first few items). Actually we included BBA, ability to write routine reports, clerical daily operational experience, knowledgeable in MS Office, current Texas driver's license. That's correct. - WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES: we captured as part of Requirements list (work is performed in office setting, hand-eye coordination, good listening, lift up to 50, attend evening/weekend meetings, sit for long periods). Good. - The statements about description etc. (the paragraph about statements contained in job description) is boilerplate? It's generic legal disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate; we should remove it as it's not substantive specific to the job. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and
