About the role
This role supports day-to-day sales activities, reporting, coordination, and communication while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Performing a wide range of administrative duties, including computer-based work, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining complex calendars.
- Providing direct support to sales leadership by drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and tracking action items.
- Serving as a central point of contact for the sales department by coordinating inquiries and ensuring timely communication between sales, customers, and internal partners.
- Acting as an administrative liaison between sales, finance, operations, and marketing to resolve issues and support business needs.
- Leading the administration, management, and tracking of the new dealer rebate program. Monitoring program deliverables, maintaining accurate records of dealer eligibility, and ensuring timely processing of rebate incentives.
- Cooking and managing travel schedules, including reservations and accommodations for sales team members, leadership, and visiting guests.
- Assisting with sales department budget preparation and ensuring strict adherence to cost control activities. Supporting the reconciliation of travel and operational expenses.
- Maintaining and updating sales reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets. Compiling, analyzing, and distributing automated and ad hoc sales reports, performance metrics, and trend data.
- Establishing and maintaining electronic and hard-copy filing systems for contracts, pricing, and promotions.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in an administrative support role
- Previous experience in event coordination preferred
- Proficient computer skills with Google Workspace (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides) AND/OR Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Previous ERP software experience preferred (e.g. SAP, Oracle or Workday)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills communicating with employees at all levels, in addition to internal and external customers and vendors
- Proven organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fully fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Benefits
The expected base annual salary range for this position is $45,000 to $62,000 USD commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
