Responsibilities
- Answer emails, phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain digital filing systems and company records.
- Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information.
- Cook up meetings and prepare meeting agendas and notes.
- Aid with travel arrangements and expense reporting when required.
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support managers and team members with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
