Responsibilities

  • Answer emails, phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and company records.
  • Perform data entry and update databases with accurate information.
  • Cook up meetings and prepare meeting agendas and notes.
  • Aid with travel arrangements and expense reporting when required.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Support managers and team members with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
