What You'll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Welcome and assist customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and office staff.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Auxiliary data entry, quotes, and document verification.
  • Process customer payments and collections.
  • Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and office contact lists.
  • Auxiliary client mailings, correspondence, and special events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the business.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Previous Accounts Receivable or billing experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Comfortable using standard office equipment and business software.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
