Now celebrating 10 years of growth in 2025, Northpoint is a leading behavioral healthcare provider offering evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders through the Northpoint Recovery brand, and mental health treatment for adolescents through Imagine by Northpoint. Operating under an in-network, commercial insurance model, Northpoint has grown exclusively through de novo expansion—from two facilities to seventeen across the Western U.S.—with more planned in both existing and new markets. Responsibilities

  • Care for patient-facing duties as well as general office management tasks
  • Handle patient and visitor reception, greeting, and assisting
  • Coordinate office management schedules, coverage, and team needs
  • Communicate with clients and staff via telehealth
  • Collect and document necessary intake paperwork and statistics
  • Support data tracking and training initiatives
  • Manage inventory ordering and facility maintenance
  • Facilitate fire drills, egress testing, and safety committee meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby environment
  • Coordinate client assessments and orientation materials
  • Plan and execute in-house activities and celebrations
  • Provide training to incoming and current reception and clinical staff
  • Liaise with facility vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and transportation services
  • Manage and respond to inquiries and information requests
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong telephone and office etiquette
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related computer software
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Action-oriented with the ability to adapt to change, work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive to finish
  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable analyzing information and dealing with complexity
  • Quickly and effectively identify and resolve problematic situations
  • Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
