About The Role Oklo is seeking an experienced and highly capable Administrative Operations Assistant to support the Vice President of Oklo Isotopes and the broader team involved in radioisotope production and vertical integration efforts. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, technical understanding, and the agility to operate within a fast-paced, innovative environment at the cutting edge of nuclear energy. The successful candidate will handle highly sensitive, technical, and confidential information, including proprietary data, regulatory and licensing materials, partner and vendor agreements, and personnel matters, all while ensuring strict compliance with export-control laws and data protection standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative industry, supporting critical projects that have a meaningful impact on clean energy and national security. The role may initially involve on-site logistical support at the company's facilities, with a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones.
