About the role

Operational excellence in a dynamic environment is sought after for an Administrative Assistant. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for departmental meetings.
  • Manage the company’s calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Respond to general inquiries from clients and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Schedule
