About the role
Operational excellence in a dynamic environment is sought after for an Administrative Assistant. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for departmental meetings.
- Manage the company’s calendar and schedule appointments.
- Respond to general inquiries from clients and internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Skills
