Job Responsibilities

Aid in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.

Hours are from 5pm-1am on Wednesday through Sunday.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to the right personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventories, restocking as necessary.
  • Edit and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Take refund requests, receipt requests, and verify paperwork.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Cash handling experience preferred.
