About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Engagement Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to our Manager of Associate Engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to research information, respond to inquiries, and manage the distribution of Service Awards.
  • Collaborating across departments to provide "all-hands-on-deck" support for company events, solving problems in real-time.
  • Playing a key role in the success of company events.
  • Overseeing complex projects while ensuring daily routine tasks are executed with precision.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting OR a Degree and some internship experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
  • Preferred: Proven experience in event planning or "hands-on" event execution.
  • High level of comfort navigating and monitoring shared department email boxes.
  • Experience generating complex reports and managing administrative projects from inception to completion.
