About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Engagement Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to our Manager of Associate Engagement.
Responsibilities
- Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to research information, respond to inquiries, and manage the distribution of Service Awards.
- Collaborating across departments to provide "all-hands-on-deck" support for company events, solving problems in real-time.
- Playing a key role in the success of company events.
- Overseeing complex projects while ensuring daily routine tasks are executed with precision.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting OR a Degree and some internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
- Preferred: Proven experience in event planning or "hands-on" event execution.
- High level of comfort navigating and monitoring shared department email boxes.
- Experience generating complex reports and managing administrative projects from inception to completion.
