We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have department info and description. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have: About the role? Not exactly. We have "Department Information Who We Are" which is about the college. Could be "About the role"? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings based on content. We have description of job (general summary) and duties. That's responsibilities. We have minimum qualifications (experience, education). That's qualifications. We have required competencies (customer service, communication, etc.) maybe skills. We have benefits described in department info: comprehensive benefit package, medical, dental, vision, life and disability, retirement benefits, FSAs, tuition reimbursement, wellness program, EAP, leave program, discounts, professional development, loan forgiveness, career advancement. Also mention hybrid 1 day per week, schedule Monday-Friday 8-5, on-campus presence required, occasional travel. So we can have Benefits section, Schedule section (maybe "Schedule" heading). Pay not mentioned, so omit. Also we have "Opportunities to work hybrid 1 day per week." That's schedule detail.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's some about E-Verify, appeal rights, background check etc. Those are conditions of employment; maybe include under Requirements? But they are not qualifications; they are conditions. Could be part of "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction: include section only when posting has real specific content. We have minimum qualifications, required competencies, necessary special requirement & conditions of employment (background check). So we can have a "Requirements" section covering minimum qualifications and conditions. Or separate "Qualifications" for education/experience and "Requirements" for background check etc. But better to combine into "Qualifications" maybe. However we have separate headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use multiple as appropriate.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like: 36 months professional general administrative or office support experience, primary function clerical, effective verbal/written communication skills, part-time experience pro-rated, cover letter required, substitution: college/university from accredited institution may substitute for clerical experience year for year, need transcript. Also required competencies list.
We also have duties enumerated in detail. Need to keep them as list items under Responsibilities.
We have benefits: need to list them as bullet list.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, hybrid 1 day per week, strong on-campus presence Larimer Campus, occasional travel to other campuses.
We also have "Opportunities to work hybrid 1 day per week." That's schedule.
We need to not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
About the Role
maybe include department info? Actually "About the role" could be general summary. But we already have "Description Of Job GENERAL SUMMARY". That could be About the role. We'll put that in
About the Role
maybe include department info? Actually "About the role" could be general summary. But we already have "Description Of Job GENERAL SUMMARY". That could be About the role. We'll put that in. Then
Responsibilities
with- ... each duty as separate li. Need to preserve all duty details; we can break into multiple li items but must not lose detail. Could group similar duties but must preserve all info. We'll create li for each major duty category with subdetails maybe as sentences inside li. That's okay.
Then
Qualifications
with- for minimum qualifications and substitution etc. Also maybe include required competencies as Skills section.
We have required competencies list: Customer Service, Communication, Technology, Problem Solving/Decision Making, Time Management, Reallocating Expenses/Maintaining Budget, Event Planning, Inclusive Workplace Practices. That's skills. So we can have
Skills
with those as li. ThenBenefits
with list. ThenSchedule
with details. We must not include sections with placeholder text. All have content. We must not include Pay. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: Let's extract details. Department info: "With three campuses along Colorado’s Front Range, FRCC is the state’s largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities. Each year approximately 5,000 FRCC students transfer to four-year universities and FRCC offers more than 36 career training programs that prepare students for immediate employment and rewarding careers. Last year, more than 5,000 high school students took concurrent enrollment classes with us, earning college credit without having to pay college tuition. And we were recently ranked as one of the “Top Online Colleges” in the country by Newsweek . At FRCC, employees and leaders bring our values to life through their actions. We collaborate across roles and campuses, seek and value diverse perspectives, follow through on our commitments, and turn thoughtful ideas into meaningful improvements which are measured for success. We take pride in our work, support one another, and make decisions that advance student success, equity, and excellence. We seek people who will actively contribute to this culture and demonstrate these commitments every day. The college is also an emerging Hispanic Serving Institution. For us, becoming an HSI is an intentional commitment to being a college where our Latinx (and other historically marginalized) students thrive. FRCC employees and leaders work hard to create a culture of collaboration, innovation and pride. We’re looking to hire people who share these values—along with our commitment to student success, equity and excellence." That's about the college; could be placed under About the Role or maybe a separate section but we only have headings list; we could put under About the Role.
