Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including travel coordination, expense processing, staffing oversight and training logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and branches to facilitate timely resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business units to coordinate training, events, and regional initiatives.
- Support budget-related activities and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Associate's degree in liberal arts or business-related field preferred.
- Three years of experience working in an administrative support role required; branch/banking atmosphere highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage complex administrative functions, including travel logistics, staffing support, training coordination and event planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Exercises sound judgement and discretion in handling confidential information, including personnel, financial, and customer-related matters.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage expenses, reports, records, and operational processes with consistent follow-through.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint).
- Effective time management and planning skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support regional operational demands.
