About the role

This is a non-union position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders and teams.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and facilities coordination.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and team documentation.
  • Cook up team events, meetings, and administrative projects.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative, office support, or reception experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college or technical training preferred.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Ranges from $63,000 to $70,000 based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports.
  • Communicate with individuals via telephone.
