About the role
This is a non-union position.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leaders and teams.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and facilities coordination.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and team documentation.
- Cook up team events, meetings, and administrative projects.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative, office support, or reception experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college or technical training preferred.
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Ranges from $63,000 to $70,000 based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
