Administrative Assistant II - Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for department leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and handling meeting logistics.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues.
  • Cook domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Process expense reports, purchasing requests, invoices, and other budget-related administrative activities.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Aid in organizing large team meetings, customer visits, plant tours, and offsite events.
  • Cook event logistics, including facilities, catering, transportation, lodging, and communications.
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for event planning and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Administrative, office management, coordination, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (basic), and Microsoft Word.
  • The ability to learn and navigate multiple business systems.
  • The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • A strong attention to detail and follow-through.
