About the role
As our Administrative Assistant II, you will be a key member of the ENGIE North America Global Business Service (GBS) team responsible for planning, prioritizing, and organizing a diverse workload. This position reports to the Head of Real Estate and Workplace Services Americas.
- Greet and assist visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression at the front desk
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, mail distribution, badge issuance, and visitor access support
- Provide administrative support such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and processing invoices and expenses
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and setup, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use
- Support onboarding for GBS team members, including badges, parking, office orientation, and safety procedures
- Assist the Facilities team with administrative tasks, office supplies, mailbox management, and facility requests
- Support special projects related to the mailroom
Requirements
- A minimum Associate’s degree in business administration or related field of study; in lieu of a degree, you can bring a minimum two (2) years of professional experience in which you have gained an understanding of office procedures, software applications, and organizational skills necessary for administrative roles
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and punctuality, with the ability to maintain a consistent on-time presence in support of daily office operations
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrate the ability to be proactive, innovative, and manage competing priorities effectively
- Possess solid teamwork, relationship management, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style across cultures and backgrounds and manage conflict constructively
- Highly proficient in MS Office/Windows, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional written communication
Qualifications
This role is designated as an in-office position five days per week due to its responsibility as the primary point of contact and front of office.

Pay
Hourly Range: $22.12 to $33.89 USD. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
Schedule
This role is an in-office position five days per week.
