About the role
The essential functions of the positions within the organization are to perform routine clerical work, maintain accurate and up-to-date student attendance records, perform secretarial, bookkeeping, and clerical work, prepare correspondence, copy and file documents, support efficient and effective school office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist school visitors and students
- Answer the telephone
- Maintain records
- Enter computer data
- Order food and supplies
- Prepare work orders for maintenance needs
- Aid with employee benefits administration
- Aid with the processing of employment applications
- Aid with the processing of student registrations
- Cookcord meetings and appointments
- Provide assistance to supervisor and co-workers
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
- Perform related work as assigned
