The Administrative Assistant supports the Center Directors in scheduling appointments, students, and teachers, handling reception functions, and providing administrative support. Additional responsibilities include checking in clients for identity screening services and test proctoring.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must have the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Two years office experience preferred
- Computer proficient, ready to learn center operations software
- Organizational skills and ability to self-direct
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce high quality and accurate work
- Ability to create a welcoming and professional front desk environment for students, families, and the community
