- Export metrics on inventory levels and usage annually.
- Audit reports for expired/purged pieces and ensure lit numbers match.
- Communicate with the lit room in Franklin Lakes as needed.
- Order additional inventory when necessary.
Media Beacon
- Add metadata to all existing and newly added files.
Work Groups
- Manage workflow and request traffic in the project management system.
Freelance Expense Management
- Create and submit expense reports with hourly allocations using a template.
- Data entry and analysis for monthly expense reports.
Tradeshow Assets
- Coordinate shipping crates and loading dock team for instrument maintenance.
- Ensure instruments and peripherals are prepared for the next show.
- Audit instruments and peripherals for reordering and maintenance.
Metrics Analysis
- Analyze web and marketing metrics for quarterly reporting.
