About the role
The Administrative Assistant II supports the Office of Ethics and Compliance by providing general office support, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer phone calls, and redirect them when necessary
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Equal Rights/Title IX, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Copy and scan documents
- Document delivery, pick up, and organization
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage office supplies inventory, reconcile P-card statements, and prepare expense reports
- Monitor and manage breakroom supplies, manage conference room schedule, assist with scheduling meetings and events, assist with training/travel coordination and scheduling, assist with onboarding and coordination of details for new employees, prepare/submit work orders and service tickets for IT, maintenance, moving, and access management, and track progress
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Credentials
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, 5+ years of experience in an office setting
- Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, experience supporting an administrative level position, excellent and detail-oriented communication and organizational skills, proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Education: High school diploma, to obtain LU-approved driver certification, individuals must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of five (5) years of documented driving history, and maintain a clean driving record

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work Environment: Climate-controlled office setting, well lighted, moderate to loud noise level
- Physical and Sensory Abilities: Occasional travel around campus, frequent sitting for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard, regular standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 10 pounds
