for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

We'll have sections: About the role (the WHY WORK AT PATH? paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties). Qualifications (list). Benefits (list). Schedule (maybe a

    ). We need to use

for each section heading. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID. We must not include filler. Now format. Section About the role: we can put the paragraph as

. The list of benefits after "In addition to the satisfaction..." is a list; we can put as

    • each item. But note the paragraph includes "In addition to the satisfaction of making a real difference in people's lives, we offer:" then list. We could keep that sentence in

      then

        . Thus:

        About the role

At PATH, our team members are at the heart of what we do, so we work hard to give them the best reasons to work here — and to stay here. In addition to the satisfaction of making a real difference in people's lives, we offer:

        • Competitive pay
        • Annual increases
        • Performance and longevity bonuses
        • Comprehensive benefits package for staff and family
        • Generous number of paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal time
        • No-cost pension plan
        • Ongoing professional development opportunities, including licensure supervision
        • Cutting-edge treatment facility, resources, and treatment modalities
        • Opportunities for advancement and growth within the organization
        • Eligible for the Federal Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
        • Referral bonus for referring a friend who accepts employment
Now Responsibilities: we have a list of duties. We'll put

        Responsibilities

        then
          each duty as
        • . Need to preserve all details. The duties are many sentences; we can break each bullet as a duty. List: - Provide administrative/secretarial support to CEO, COO and CAO - Manage Executive Schedules: Organize and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize the executive's time. - Communication Management: Prioritize and respond to emails and phone calls, acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. - Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally formatted. - Prepare, assemble, and distribute all materials for Board of Directors and Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, reports, Board actions, calendars, lists of important Board dates, presentations, and supporting documents. Use AI capabilities when appropriate for the task. We could also include the JOB SUMMARY as a paragraph before list? The JOB SUMMARY is substantive; we could include as

under Responsibilities or separate section? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could put JOB SUMMARY as a

inside Responsibilities section before the list. Thus:

          Responsibilities

To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member and to provide administrative support to the Executive Office and PATH’s Board of Directors.

            ...
Now Qualifications: we have list. We'll do

          Qualifications

          then
each item. Items: - High School Graduate or GED - 3 years increasingly responsible secretarial experience - valid Driver's License and use of personal vehicle - Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs - Accurate typist, shorthand or speedwriting skills preferred - Responsible, dependable individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player We could also include "Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player." as separate. Now Benefits: we already used benefits list in About the role? Actually we placed benefits there. But we could also have a separate Benefits section. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have About the role containing benefits list. That's okay. But we might also separate Benefits section for clarity. However we already used About the role to include the WHY WORK AT PATH? paragraph and benefits list. That's fine. Now Schedule:

            Schedule

Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Now ensure we didn't repeat job title. No. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any stray text. We'll output:
