About the role
Mittera is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the department, handling various clerical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supports departmental operations
- Handles various clerical and administrative tasks
- Works independently to plan and accomplish goals
- Ensures consistency, compassion, and confidentiality in accordance with Mittera’s values and customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Preferred 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization, vendors, and clients
- Great attention to detail and substantial organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Sufficient ability to analyze information and manage processes
- Demonstrates professionalism
- Has a problem-solving mindset
- Able to manage inventory control
- Dependable and motivated to learn
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
- Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity and coordination
- Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility
