About the role

Mittera is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the department, handling various clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Supports departmental operations
  • Handles various clerical and administrative tasks
  • Works independently to plan and accomplish goals
  • Ensures consistency, compassion, and confidentiality in accordance with Mittera’s values and customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Preferred 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization, vendors, and clients
  • Great attention to detail and substantial organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Sufficient ability to analyze information and manage processes
  • Demonstrates professionalism
  • Has a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to manage inventory control
  • Dependable and motivated to learn
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
  • Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity and coordination
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility
