About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the engineering team with documentation, data entry, testing coordination, and reporting
  • Aid in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and project materials
  • Maintain organized digital records, logs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and project files
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in keeping tasks on schedule
  • Communicate with internal departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow across engineering, production, and quality

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute
