Administrative Assistant, Distribution
Job Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking an administrative assistant to support the Cleveland Distribution department. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across departments.

Purpose
Performs administrative functions for the Cleveland Distribution department(s).
Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs all tasks with limited supervision
- Manages all secretarial functions for Cleveland Distribution
- Reviews purchase orders
- Compiles confidential information for PDS programs
- Manages Apriso data and attendance records for Cleveland Distribution employees
- Schedules and tracks compliance training for DC employees
- Reports any safety issues to the proper individuals
- Runs daily, weekly and monthly reports for productivity and attendance
- Orders all supplies for Cleveland Distribution
- Enters all incident/safety reports into QUEST
- Creates and posts employee schedules
- Schedules and participates in various department meetings and provides meeting minutes
- Maintains all Cleveland Distribution records, such as SOPs and training records
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s Strategy
Basic Requirements
- Minimum high school education; associate degree preferred
- 5+ years' relevant experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to accuracy
- Able to multi-task and handle changing priorities
- Technical proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites: excel, outlook, word, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn software programs
- Experience with SAP and Concur preferred
- Able to take initiative and assess department needs
- Excellent attendance record
- Willingness to continuously improve skills and knowledge
