Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in various systems and databases.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service.
  • Return phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process revenue-related transactions and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Review and process license applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with office procedures.
  • Aid customers and stakeholders with questions regarding applications, processes, and services.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to prepare reports, correspondence, and records.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Support general office operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience processing applications, permits, licenses, or related documentation.
  • Experience handling revenue processing, payments, or financial transactions.
  • Previous government, municipal, or public-sector experience is a plus.
